First of all, SUNDAY!!! Ben was on time on short notice, knew what was needed, and did the reprogramming on a new system someone else had installed, very quickly. Also, looked over the rest of the system. Pointed out some eqpt is old and no longer spec, as well as minor adjustments that can be done. Goave oricing on some replacements.
