This company goes above and beyond! Our old double door came off the rails and Ben came out right away to provide a (reasonable) quote and help get the door down for the night. The next afternoon he showed up with new doors and a handyman to repair/replace the rotted wood and beam around the door. They worked into the night for two days and did an outstanding job. First of all, SUNDAY!!! Ben was on time on short notice, knew what was needed, and did the reprogramming on a new system someone else had installed, very quickly. Also, looked over the rest of the system. Pointed out some eqpt is old and no longer spec, as well as minor adjustments that can be done. Goave oricing on some replacements. Good tech, good analysis, good salesman.
